Keep Frozen. Do not thaw before cooking.
Fry chapal kabab over medium heat for 10 min or until cooked turning occasionally in a preheated oiled pan.

Bake chapal kabab on a greased baking pan turning halfway through for 6-7 min in a preheated oven at 230o
