Shami kabab or shaami kabab is a local variety of kebab, originating from the Indian subcontinent. It is part of the cuisine of the Indian subcontinent and a popular dish in modern-day Indian, Pakistani and Bangladeshi cuisines.
Keep Frozen. Do not thaw before cooking.
Dip the shami kababs in well beaten egg and fry over medium heat for 3-4 minutes or until done,turning occasionally in preheated oiled pan.(Applying egg is optional)
